I am trying to run analysis on shellexperiencehost.exe and getting the error 

The Basic Hotspots analysis type is not supported for Windows Store Applications.

Anyone know how to analysis UWP apps?

For Windows Store applications, Intel VTune Profiler should be run as an administrator and supports hardware event-based sampling analysis. For more details kindly refer to the documentation attached below:
