Undefined command: "". Try "help".

I am using vtune as debugger to debug my code. When i right click on any variable and add it to watch i get "Undefined command: "". Try "help".". And i am not able to view the expression window as well. Why is this happening ??

VTune Performance Analyzer and VTune Amplifier XE 2011 are not debugging tools.

Tools are designed to monitor running application(s) - collect performance data, display results after application terminates.

But vtune analyzer had option to creat a project and debug it ? i am able to debug it... only sometimes i get this problem !!
