Upgrade and now getting a hang on Creating Data Matrix.... help!

I upgraded ThreadChecker to 3.1 (uninstall and re-install) and now get a Creating Data Matrix hang. The same .thr file works on other machines. Help

Sorry for the inconvenience from the hang.

Some questions:
1. Does the hang happen only on the specific .thr file or just any .thr file?
2. Are the other machines, where you tried this .thr file successfully, the same version of Intel Thread Checker?

It would be great if you can provide access to the .thr file via a Premier issue which can be created at the http://premier.intel.com site. Also, please be sure to specify the OS and HW when creating the issue.
