Hi,
I'm doing analysis of remote Centos 7 server via ssh.
Hotspot analysis works fine and Memory Consumption fails all the time with this error 0x40000024 (no data)
I ran on the remote machine from vtune installation dir this command: bin64/amplxe-runss
and got the feedback from below.
Thanks
Benny

Hi,
Please upgrade vtune to latest version ie vtune profiler 2020 update 2 as the version of vtune you use seems outdated, it is likely this issue wont be present in latest version of vtune. In case you are still facing the issue with latest version of vtune could you run the vtune-self-checker.sh script which will be available in <install-dir>/bin64 and share with us the output so we could examine diagnostics of different analysis types.
Can you also mention the type of hotspot analysis that you tried and did work.If its user based sampling, please check whether hardware event based sampling is working fine to make sure that the issue is not with the drivers since most collection types other than user based sampling rely on driver.
Regards
