VTune Amplifier XE result comparison feature looks odd

If I try to compare the outputs from two programs I've profiled with VTune on Linux I get an output. I have a pane showing the difference, a pane showing the timing output from the first run and a pane showing the timing output from the 2nd run.

But for some reason VTune is obstinately showing the 2nd run in the opposite timing order from the first run. This makes the comparison feature unusable.

Is this something over which I have control? Or is it a bug?
