VTune Profiler reports "Collection failed" running in Hotspots mode

In the last few days, VTune did not work properly, i've tried reinstalling VTune and updating winodws 10 to 22H2, but it doesn't work.

Could you please share the processor details and the VTune version on which you are getting this error?
