VTune crashes

Hi,
I tried using VTune 7.1 on the Xeon system and I was able to go further than on Athlon, but when I try to click on the link in the assistant window pointing to the function of interest it always crashes (reproducible):
The instruction at "0x63309e2b" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".
After that second msg box pops up:
The instruction at "0x631464a8" referenced memory at "0xc243c242". The memory could not be "read".
At that point game is over...
