VTune reporting the wrong number of threads?

I posted this on the TBB forum here:

but I'm wondering if anyone using VTune has seen this happen. Basically, if I have an app using TBB (see the above link for more details on the app's code), and try to reserve 64 threads, when I do a threading analysis with VTune, it says the app only used something like 23 threads. Any ideas why that happens?
