What Windows Mobile 5 (or 6) devices work with VTUNE + XScale extensions

I'm looking for a list of consumer devices that will work with VTUNE for XScale devices. I've heard the original Motorola Q will work and maybe some of the Dell Axim models? Has anyone had luck with VTUNE and any of the consumer level devices available running WM5 or WM6?

I know the device itself needs an XScale chip (or a Marvell one?) but does the OS or hardware vendor need to do anything specific to enable VTUNE support. I'm looking to buy a device specifically for use with VTUNE and have it run either WM5 or WM6.
