I suggest to use Counter Monitor feature to monitor (measure) "processor queue length" - if the system's processor queue length is long, that indicates there are more threads ready to runbased onexisting processors. The useralso can user another product - Intel Thread Profilerto know Concurrencydata,CPU over-utilized number indicates "processor queue length" is long.

Now we have Intel Parallel Amplifier can get similar data like as Intel Thread Profiler
