You should have Intel? Thread Profile for Windows* version first, and register this product at https://registrationcenter.intel.com/RegCenter/Register.aspx
So you can download the package (RDC for Linux*) from https://registrationcenter.intel.com/RegCenter/Download.aspx?productid=771

I have registered windows version thread profile. But I can't find the corresponding linux version on your given url.

From the "My Intel Software Development Products" page on https://registrationcenter.intel.com, click on the link next to "Intel Thread Profiler for Windows*" as though you are going to download it. On the download page, below the links to Thread Profiler and the release notes, there should be a section titled "Related files" which contains an "Enabling collector for Linux" link. That is what you want.
