Hello!
I'v downloaded a trial version of VTune and installed it. I can run it, i can open en EXE-file, but, for instance, if I'm trying to create a new project, a window, telling me, that a license was not found apeares.
It tells: "A license for Intel VTune Performance Analyser was not found. Please ensure that a valid license file is in the directory <>. If the condition persists, please contact Consumer Support at http://premier.intel.com."
The license file, I'v got from you by e-mail with the license code is in the mentioned folder.
When I try to load the page http://premier.intel.com, i get an error: "An unexpected error has occurred!
Please go back and try your action again.
If you continue to have problems, contact
Premier Support using the Feedback link above."
How can I solve the problem?
regards,
Petr

Hi Petr:
For the Premier problem, please try opening https://premier.intel.com.
Regarding the VTune analyzer problem, the eval license does not enable persisting any data, this included projects. If you have already collected data, when you attempt to create a "new" project, the VTune analyzer is attempting to save the old one. thus the error message.
With the eval license, you should be able to 1) create an activity, 2) collect data, 3) view and analyze the data. This should enable you to make the determination of whether or not to purchase the product.
