blue screen and error irql not less or equal when starting Advanced hotspots

I am using Vtune Amplifier XE 2106 (build 424694), Win8.1

When starting Advanced hotspots analysis my laptop ALWAYS crashes with blue screen and above error msg.

When using Basic analysis everything works fine

Any ides how to fully resolve this issue?

Today I installed all recent updates (update 2) and now it not longer crashes ... hopefully the problem has been resolved :)

Maybe the problem was related to lack of newest update or maybe it was solved in update 2.
