ITAC-9.1.2.024 has a bug in mpsvars.csh.

Line 28

setenv MPS_FILE_POSTFIX="_%D-%T"

should be

setenv MPS_FILE_POSTFIX "_%D-%T"

Thank you for reporting this issue.  The problem has been fixed in the latest (2017) version of ITAC.
