Your evaluation software is is fully supported for the duration of the license period, which is currently 30 days (and this means 30 days from the moment the license is emailed to you).
To receive support, users must sign up for a free Premier account, as all support and bug reporting for our products goes via Premier.
Users download any current version of VTune from the
Intel Evaluation Software Center, and they can also find the link for signing up for a Premier account in the same place.
