I'm really sorry that I can't answer that question. It would probably be better if you submitted this issue at Intel Premier Support. That will allow the team that is responsible for the XScale technology remote collector to investigate the problem and assist you.
If you do not have an account at Premier Support, simply register for an eval at http://www.intel.com/software/products/global/eval.htm. You do not have to actually download or install the software (you already have it, anyway!), but the process will create an account for you at Premier Support.
