Hi,

Running amplxe-runss -duration 10 -count-emon -event-config ... on my system for some performance measurments I got this error when I was trying to analyze the data (file-open result-rxxx.amplxe) the file exists but no results:

the data cannot be displayed: there is no viewpoint applicable for the data???

any idea/ help?

I also get this error when I try to do an Advanced Analysis, I am only able to do Basic Hotspots atm.

First at all, you have to check if regular advanced-hotspost works,

Try "amplxe-cl -collect advanced-hotspoots -duration 10" to ensure that Event-based sampling works.
