unable to stop driver (error=89)

I am trying to get some samples ..actually a lot of data. After 3 hours, the program finishes and I get the following error

[ERROR] Attempt to perform sampling failed.

[ERROR] unable to stop driver (error=89): sample file creation failed

I checked the time duration I have used (using -d option). It should be ok if there is no time limit. Is there any time limit?
