Process is consuming high cpu and packets are dropped after attaching vTune 2019 in centOS7.9 VM. Also vTune did not generate report (with Ctrl+C) after attaching to process running inside VM. I see latest versions of vTune does not support centOS. can you provide a solution or vTune version supported on centOS7.9?

Hi,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
Regarding your issue on CentOS VM, Could you please provide us the sample reproducer(application, code file and steps) and steps to reproduce the issue from our end?
The CentOS is deprecated in the current VTune version i.e. 2023.1.0 and some/all analysis might not work in it. As per your request, CentOS 7.9 is supported in VTune 2022.x versions only but it is not publicly available for the normal users. Refer the VTune system requirements for 2022 versions for more information!
In order to get VTune 2022.x version, you're supposed to opt for priority support. To access older releases you need a version that includes Intel Priority Support, the free versions do not include this. Here is a link to the online store where you can get a commercially supported version >>> https://softwarestore.intel.com/

Alekhya
