what is "mcs" time in Intel v-tune?

In Intel v-tune on Linux when getting profiling information looks likeall the time units have been represented in "mcs". What is 'mcs"? Machine Cycle....??.

If you meant profiling data of function in call graph result, "mcs" = microsecond
