I know on OpenVINO's website it only lists "Intel® Arria® 10 GX FPGA Development Kit" and the "Intel® Programmable Acceleration Card with Intel® Arria® 10 GX FPGA" as its target FPGA platforms. But is there any chance that it also supports Nallatech 385A (w/ Arria 10 GX1150 FPGA)? Or is there a special OpenCL BSP needed to extend support for OpenVINO?

I think OpenVIVO uses pre-built FPGA binaries which are only provided for Intel-branded boards. I don't think you would be able to use it with Nallatech's boards unless you have the kernel source codes and compile them yourself for the Nallatech board. Needless to say, Intel is not going to provide the kernel source codes to public.
