Could you please advise on power sequencing requirement for 10CL006 FPGA ?

Also could you please help me find hardware design guide for this FPGA ?

Thank you for contacting Intel Community. For your information, power sequencing is not applicable for Intel Cyclone 10 LP devices. You can follow the power supply sharing guidelines for Intel Cyclone 10 LP devices as described in Table 6 of the Pin Connection Guidelines below:
