jtag_to_avalon_mm resource

i want to build my script for jtag_to_avalon_mm, in Altera JTAG-to-Avalon-MM Tutorial，i can't access the tutorial zip file, altera_jtag_to_avalon_mm_tutorial.zip, the download websize is out of date, can you share this zip file?

but this website is out of date, and you can find the tutorial at this website below:

From the attached pdf, I believe that the tutorial originates from sources outside of our company.

how can i do second develop on jtag-to-avalon-mm ?
it can read/write register on system console. if i want to develop a C code to do that, how can i do ?
