ED8401 not generating PWM

Hi,

we are using ED8401P01QI part no and controlling only 2 phase. we have some following doubt. please clarify.

1. can we use ED8401P01QI  in 2 phase configuration and open PWM 2, PWM3?

2. what are the voltage expected on VFBP and VFBN?

3. on PWM 0 and PWM 1 pins PWM signals are not generating and it is not in fault mode. please let us know what are the different aspects to get the PWM signal and VOUT.
