Meet Jasinta, Yammie, Selvee and Patrina, four friends who collectively have dedicated 111 years of their careers to Intel. A sisterhood forged in shared experiences
Their journey began as administrative assistants, navigating the intricacies of calendars and event planning together. Through shared challenges and triumphs, their bond grew stronger, evolving into lifelong friendships.
"We are always there for each other, both personally and professionally," shares Yammie. "We have celebrated countless milestones together – from birthdays and anniversaries to festive occasions like Chinese New Year and Christmas. It is a sisterhood that extends far beyond the workplace."
This deep connection has seen them through thick and thin. Whether it was Jasinta cooking a comforting meal for Yammie's family during a difficult time or Patrina helping out with airport runs for Jasinta's family trips, their support for one another is unwavering.
More than colleagues, we're a family
The Intel Malaysia experience goes beyond the job description. Their annual "girls' trips" to Hatyai, filled with laughter, food, massage and shopping, have become a cherished tradition. Even at 2 a.m., they have been known to rally together, sacrificing sleep to make sandwiches for charity events.
These experiences have created a unique sense of belonging. "Intel has given us so much," says Jasinta. "We have grown professionally, provided for our families and even found love within its walls." (Yammie met her husband at Intel!)

For Patrina, Intel's support has even extended to the next generation. Two of her three children now work at Intel as engineers, a testament to the positive impact the company has had on her family.
