The suite’s applications virtually recreate critical aspects of factory operations using digital twin technology. Factory Pathfinder enables you to quickly adapt operations to ever-changing conditions. For example, if your biggest customer asks you to bump up their delivery dates, Pathfinder can run massive volumes of simulations in minutes to determine how you can accommodate their request without jeopardizing delivery dates for other customers.

Analyze Past, Present, and Potential Future Operations with Intel® Operations Recon

Intel® Operations Recon creates an accurate, virtualized digital twin of your entire factory—from production equipment to automated material handling systems.

Operations Recon can use the digital twin to monitor current operations in real time to discover, troubleshoot, and resolve problems faster. It also enables you to replay and run detailed analyses of previous operations to identify improvements. And it can digitally simulate hypothetical, “What-if” scenarios to test alternate operations and processes without affecting production.

Intel plans to integrate three additional applications to the suite: Intel® Factory Optimizer, Intel® Factory Adapter, and Intel® Factory Pathfinder for Enterprise. Intel can also help you fully customize each application in the suite to model and analyze your specific operations. The software can even be customized and applied to industries beyond manufacturing—to industries that have inherently complex operations with massive volumes of interdependencies, such as airlines, logistics, critical infrastructure, and more.
