As of May 2021, Intel Unite solution versions prior to 4.0 reached End-of-Life (EOL) and End-of-Support (EOS) and no support for any further bug fixes and security fixes is provided. Effective end of October 2022, Intel will no longer provide interactive technical support for these products via telephone, e-mail, or chat. To continue to receive software updates, impacted users must transition to the latest version of the Intel Unite software, found here, as soon as possible.
