Fine control of intel IGP output timing

Hello

I've been trying to find an API or any other way to control the timing of the GIP output (HDMI, DVI...) in the recent SB/IB CPUs. The reason is that I need to create a soft genlock solution. Did anyone happen to see such an API ?
