There is no Windows 11-specific driver for Intel HD Graphics 4400 as there is no support for Gen4 processors in Windows 11. All I can suggest is that you try using the Windows 10 driver, which is available here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18369/intel-graphics-driver-for-windows-15-40.html.
