We have a legacy application using DirectX9 that is crashing on several customer laptops running Intel Iris Xe or Intel Arc integrated GPUs and newer drivers (32.0.101.6557). The application was running successfully with older drivers (e.g. 31.0.101.4255)
Faulting module path: C:\WINDOWS\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\iigd_dch.inf_amd64_f40a5aed298593e0\igd9trinity64.dll
Unfortunately we cannot reproduce the issue in our development environment as we do not have the same hardware as our customers.
One of our customers contacted Intel Support directly and after some investigation, the Intel support engineer suggested that I reach out to yourselves on this forum.
I can provide more information in a private support message, but not in a public forum. Please advise on the best way to proceed, or if there is a different channel I can use.
Many thanks.

Hi Richard!
Thanks for reaching out! We're here to assist you
Please send any relevant details about your case to grants_support@intel.com
Consider the following requirements to follow this issue up and please send all the details there.
It is fairly easy to report a regression, but we need to confirm it in our lab first
Thanks
Karen
