我之前注册了一个开发者账号，但是后来忘记登录导致删号，现在在重新创建账号后无法使用forEdge，总是Intel® Developer Cloud Account Activation，导致我无法使用容器化服务

For your information, we only provide Edge Developer Toolbox Support in English. Could you please provide more information in English with us so that we can further investigate the issue? Are you facing issues when following the Edge Developer Toolbox Developer Guide?
