Is there a way to initialize the File System of My Workspace?

Hi,
I would like to try using Smart City Analytics and Edge Video Analytics Microservice.
To clean up the file system in My Workspace, I deleted all the files.
After that, the Smart City Analytics and Edge Video Analytics microservices no longer started in Visual Studio Code.
Is there a way to initialize the File System of My Workspace?

Hi,


glad to know that your issue is resolved.

As of now, account reset cannot be done on user side, which may be implemented as a new feature in the future.


Intel will no longer monitor this thread since the issue id resolved. If you need any additional information from Intel, please submit a new question.

Hi,

 

I believe that happens because you deleted the core app for that microservice to run.

If you had somehow published it or the app is present in your local system, perhaps you could try to upload it back to your workspace.

Thank you for your reply.

I do not have a backup of the Smart City Analytics and Edge Video Analytics Microservice files.
Therefore, I cannot upload various files to the workspace.
I want to know how to reset my account.
Or I would like to reset my account to its original state.

Thank you for accepting the request.
However, another Intel representative has already reset my account.
Therefore, this issue has already been resolved.
