ESDQ-AIBOX v2.6 for RPL Platform

Hi, can the RPL Platform pass the ESDQ-AIBOX?

the system requirements only shows old platform.

• 11th or 12th Generation Intel® Core™ processors and Celeron® processors

We have test our customer's platform but they have multiple openvino relative error.

Thanks for reaching out and attaching the logs. The tests fail because the OpenVINO module did not install successfully. There are a couple of issues that have been identified and should be fixed in the next software release. In the meantime, I provided a workaround in the following thread. Would you mind giving that a try and let me know if it works for you?

We have met some openvino failed before so after we got failed, we also tried to follow the steps.

But the error still happened, the esdqReport_2023-07-12_10_58_00.zip is the report after we re-installed openvino and numpy . 

However, we have tried to follow the steps and to re-installed openvino and numpy again,

still get lots of openvino relative test module failed.

Hi huang__shiuan-chi,

The version of OpenVINO (2022.1.0) included in this software package does not support Intel 13th Gen Core Processors. Support for this generation of processors was not introduced until the OpenVINO 2022.2 release.

I think the ESDQ-AIBOX v2.6 is already running OpenVINO 2022.2.0.7713.

Do you mean the OpenVINO 2023.2 ?
