Failed to receive product key email

Just downloaded converged_edge_insights.zip for version 20.12 for the first time and did not receive an email with the product key. Checked spam/junk mail folders and nothing found. Please help/resend email with product key.

Update: Downloaded again and saw product key on web page. Tried to use it:

Waited about 2 hours and tried again. This time the product key was valid. Must be some delay between issuing the key and when it becomes usable and valid.
