Kno Books

Good morning,

My apologies if this is in the wrong location. I joined because Intel has given me the ring around regarding Kno books. I had an account with Kno before Intel acquired them, and I had a textbook that I paid for, that I now need for my current job.

Does anyone know how to access old books that they had on Kno? Obviously, the Kno app no longer functions, and I'm at a loss of how to get access to this textbook.

Thank you for any responses and guidance. Again, apologies if this is in the wrong forum. I'm just looking for some answers.

As you know, Intel® Education Study (products formally known as Kno™) has been discontinued and support for this product concluded in 2017.

Please see Product Change Notification (PCN) Number 115160 on Intel® Quality Document Management System (QDMS) for additional information.

Hi Jesus,

Thanks for your response with this issue. I'm unable to find anything with the PCN number on the site provided. Is there a specific date range I need to use?

What do you recommend the next steps are? Is there some documentation that shows I purchased this textbook at one point and could go to the publisher in hopes of a copy? Or should I just cut my losses?

Apologies, try searching for PCN number 115160-00 published in December 2016. All information regarding this product has been archived as it's been discontinued for a little over 5 years. I recommend searching your email for any instructions received during the Product Change Notification period.
