My request to get ECI release package is not answered

I submitted a request to have access to the release package of version 2.0 of ECI using the following link:

https://software.intel.com/iot/edgesoftwarehub/download/home/edge_controls_industrial

However, it has been several days and I didn't get any response. Could you please elaborate on who is the right person to check?
