Unable to access ECI download - stuck at login (pending access approval)

Hello, I have registered an Intel Developer Zone account and also joined Intel Community. When I try to click “Configure & Download” on the ECI (Edge Controls for Industrial) page, it redirects me to the login page but gets stuck at “Logging in…” (see screenshot attached). • Account: code0468@gmail.com • Browser: Firefox / Chrome (tried both) • Status: Registered, received Welcome badge in Intel Community • Issue: Cannot get access to ECI download (still pending access approval) Could you please help to check if my account has the proper access permission enabled for ECI? Thank you very much!

Could you try accessing the software using the link below? It appears that the documentation you're following is pointing to our old Edge Software Hub location. The platform has since migrated to the Edge Software Catalog (edgesoftwarecatalog.intel.com).
