adding cursors to signal tap for timing measurement

hii 

 

1 - i am trying to post a question inside the fpga FORUMS and the post question tab is not available for me  although i am logged in ? the only way for me is here 

previously i was able to enter the fpga relevant forum and post a question 

 

i  randomly choose the edge software catalog , because i didn't find any fpga related form in the location tab.

 

2- i wanted to ask about adding cursers inside the signal tap in quartus , can you please redirect my question to the relevant fpga support forum?

Hi @aiedb,
You can add cursors in Signal Tap by right-clicking inside the waveform window and selecting Add Cursor.” Then drag them to measure timing differences — the Δt value appears below.

hii thanks for help , itried to rigt click the wave form i didn't see add cursor option is it because i am using free ver of quartus maybe?
