Can you help us with EEPROM Access Tool (EAT)?

We have to the active LED behavior for I211 but we need a tool to access the registers.

Could you help us with such tool? 

I don't know if it is, but I seen EEPROM Access Tool (EAT) on your site, but I have no right for download.
