E610 NVM Issue

we have use E610-XAT2 on our customized board, after flashed the 1.5 version NVM, the device can`t work, we use Doc#803841 for sch design, do you have any suggestion for this or it`s this need custmized NVM ?

we have tried Linux&win10&win11 all the same issue
