How to change the I210 in 1000M Mbps Full Duplex

I burn the image into the I210. And reset the power, I find it is running in 100M mode, not the 1000M.

---> igb 0000:01:00.0 eth1: igb: eth1 NIC Link is Up 100 Mbps Full Duplex, Flow Control: RX

How to set the 1000M full duplex??
