I apparently to not understand how to properly use this community to ask for help.

I do not know which topic to post my question on.

After receiving Zero replies, I tried to rephrase my question.

But I received a reply that my 2nd (rephrased) question was being closed because I already have a question posted.

Will someone please take the time to explain to me how I am to properly use this community to ask questions that will receive help?

Hello @fp5849,

Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.

I have looked at your history and it seems that you posted twice in the Rapid Storage Technology forum, the answer that you got was maybe because how they work the forums in that channel, as for the forum that was transferred here in Embedded Products, I was looking further to try to help with your inquiries, as we don't support this Thunderbolt device, but I'm trying to check with the resources that I have. I will try to answer the other forum soon, my apologies for the delay.

Also, we recommend this link for any Thunderbolt inquiry, you may try to submit your doubts there too for further help.
