We are using I350-AM4 in our design in such a way,
Input stream - PCIE; Output stream - 1Gbit Eth
The Power for I350 is as per recommendations.
When we connect the Ethernet to any device,
we can able to see the LINK LED GLOWING on I350 board.
But in the network settings, we are not able to see the I350 device.

Hello, @gurusaiprasanth,
Are you using an add in card or is the controller embedded on the board?
Is the board manufactured by you or by a third-party company?
What Operating System are you using?
Is the ethernet controller been detected by the O.S?

Are you using an add-in card or is the controller embedded on the board?
We are using a DFI-AL9A3-COM-Express carrier card in our module
Is the board manufactured by you or by a third-party company?
We designed our customized board.
What Operating System are you using?
Ubuntu 18.04
Is the ethernet controller been detected by the O.S?
The issue, after POwer ON, few times we can able to I350 (ethernet controller) is detected by the Ubuntu OS.
Once we power OFF and Power ON; I350 (ethernet controller) may detect or may not detect.
After a few times (say for example 10 power ON & Power OFF cycles) we can able to detect the I350. The issue is unpredictable, and randomly we are able to detect the Controller.

Hello, @gurusaiprasanth
How many boards do you have? And how many show this issue?
Have you tried on a different Operating System?
Have you tested the COM-Express board on a different board?
What happens in your testing if you increase the time between the Power OFF and Power ON cycles? Does this have any effect?
Did your board undergo a schematic and layout review from Intel? If not please submit a request here: https://edc.intel.com/Tools/Design-Review/Default.aspx?language=en&r=674214447

We have fabricated 3 boards & 3 cards shows same issue.
Have you tried on a different Operating System?
No. only Ubuntu
Have you tested the COM-Express board on a different board?
From COM-Express board remaining interfaces (ethernet, USB etc) are working fine. So we are suspecting issue may at I350.
What happens in your testing if you increase the time between the Power OFF and Power ON cycles? Does this have any effect?
There is no Effect on it. Its random.
Did your board undergo a schematic and layout review from Intel?
