Need access to 348742

Hello Intel,

about two years back, I jumped through a ton of hoops to access document 348742. Today I need access to these files again, but it seems I can no longer download the archive. I have tried

but only get

Not Authorized to Access

Can you please provide access to 348742 for me?

You need to have a Resource and Design Center (RDC) privileged account to have access to the requested information.

The RDC Account Support form is the channel to process your account update process by filling out the form stated on the following website:

I don't understand why this is necessary now, given I already had access to this document about two years back. Did I lose these privileges for some reason? Due to inactivity? Or am I confusing accounts, and this just isn't the right account? I guess I just want to know the rules.

The requested information is confidential and should be accessible when you have an RDC privileged account.  

You should request more details using the same form to update your account as well.
