Hello, @cwai-appeng:

Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.

The requested tools are included in the Intel(R) Network Connections Tools PV LAN Software Tools document # 348742. It can be found when you are logged into your Resource & Design Center (RDC) privileged account on the following website:

http://www.intel.com/cd/edesign/library/asmo-na/eng/348742.htm

The RDC Account Support form is the channel to process your account update request. It can be found at:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/forms/support/my-intel-sign-on-support.html

Best regards,

@CarlosAM_INTEL.

Hi @CarlosAM_INTEL

I cannot access that resource because I do not have a privileged RDC account.

I have actually tried on 2 separate occasions to upgrade my RDC account to privileged access, but was denied both times. The reply I got was that I had no need for a privileged account.

When I first signed up for the RDC, someone called AlexX Davis from US Inside Sales contacted me about signing a CNDA, but they stopped replying to my emails or my phone calls.

Who can I contact?

Thank you.

Regards,

Chris W.

I followed the the previous reply to open a support case. I communicated with this person for a month, and today I got this email from them. The link is a link to this very forum. Is there somebody you can help me?

Thank you.

Hello, @cwai-appeng:

Thanks for your reply.

The document name and number with the requested information have been provided by us the past August, 5th 2020, which is more helpful information that the listed on your last communication.

The problem is your RDC account that is out of our scope of support.

Due to this fact, please address this situation by filling the form stated in the following website as we suggested on our first communication:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/forms/support/my-intel-sign-on-support.html

Best regards,
