Hello GAURAV3,

Thank you for posting in Intel Ethernet Communities.

For us to further check the issue, please provide the following details.

  1. What is the complete model of the Ethernet card that you are trying to update?
  2. Are you designing a board with embedded Intel Ethernet card?

If you have questions, please let us know. In case we do not hear from you, we will make a follow up after 3 workings days. Thank you.

I also have this issue. We have 3x Minnowboards on original launch firmware that are currently useless. All references I can find to current firmware point to the above dead links on Intel's website.

Filling out the provided link, I received a response regarding a completely different product that had nothing to do whatsoever with what I was asking. They immediately closed the ticket as resolved. Great job Intel....

Hello, @bluepenrequired:

Thanks for your reply.

Based on the information stated on the following website:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/topic-technology/edge-5g/hardware/minnow-board-turbot.html

You need to address your request related to the cited device to the channels listed on the following websites:

https://www.minnowboard.org/wiki_subdomain/Get_Involved/

https://www.minnowboard.org/support/

We provided these suggestions based on the fact that the affected device is third-party, and we do not have the information that should be proper for the devices developed by the manufacturer of the project related to the reported situation.

Best regards,

@CarlosAM_INTEL.

After confirming that there is absolutely no other source as this *is* an Intel sponsored project, I did some experimenting and found a solution. Files are still there, issue is with the URL. Probably a bad script in an update.

Just replace the "www" with "software". Works for all links on the Minnowboard page. For example, firmware is here:

https://software.intel.com/sites/default/files/managed/e5/fb/minnowboard-max-rel-1-01-firmware-images.zip

I don't expect them to fix this, will probably just get deleted at some point as Intel has a proven history of doing. So download while you can.
