Thunderbolt 3 Controller "JHL6340" datasheet and reference design

Der Intel Team, 

 

I am searching for a Datasheet and technical details regarding Thunderbolt 3 Controller. We would like to implement the INterface on a new PCIe design board and need to evaluate the necessary platform and also other related issues in order to make a planning and RnD propal. How do we can get this information?
