i225-v Ethernet connection issue

Hello,

I own an ASUS Tuf x570 Gaming Pro (WIFI) motherboard. It comes with i225-v built in ethernet controller, which seems to be intermittently disconnecting me from the internet. I've tryed reinstalling drivers, and various other fixes and while doing so, ran the Intel PROSET hardware verification. Everything passed except the NVM test, which came up as failed. Is there anything I can do about this?
