Hello, wayneh,

Could you please clarify what do you mean by "second source"?

Also please provide the following information:

1) What Operating System are you using?

2) Are you using your own board or a third party board?

3) Does the issue occurs if you use a different eMMC device?

Best Regards,

Adolfo Sanchez

Hello, wayneh,

Does the issue occurs if you use a different Operating System?

Is the eMMC card detected by the firmware?

What partition table are you using gpt or mbr? Does changing the table has any effect on the issue?

Are you using the eMMC for OS booting, firmware or only as a storage device?

Has your board underwent an Schematic and Layout review from Intel?

Best Regards,

Adolfo Sanchez
