I'm using Intel Atom processor C3538 to develop switch product and doing test related with Bscan. If its' possible, could you please share C3538 BSDL file to me. 

I purchase Intel Atom processor C3538 from INTEL MASSACHUSETTS,INC. 

Mfr PN: HW8076502444301S R3L7
